ADVERTISING POLICY FOR SENSUALFUSION.COM
For Potential Advertisers & Interested Web Browsers:
To further our mission of making reliable, quality sexuality, sexual health relationship and holistic wellness information, news, and tools available to our visitors, Sensualfusion.com accepts advertising and sponsorship under strict guidelines. Sensual Fusion, Inc. and its affiliate Sites offer a wide range of customized advertising opportunities from banner ads to sponsorship websites to podcast blurbs or advertisements on its websites or in its newsletter "Sensual Fusion." We do not, however, permit outside advertisers to affect the quality or accuracy of our Site information; we maintain a strict policy of editorial independence with respect to our content. We will refuse any advertisement that we believe is incompatible with our mission and image.
For the purposes of advertising and sponsorship, including banner, button, and contextual advertising, sponsorship messages, and promotion, Sensual Fusion, Inc. has the sole and absolute discretion with respect to interpretation and enforcement of the following policy and guidelines, and all other Advertising and Promotional issues regarding the sensualfusion.com Site. Sensual Fusion and its affiliates reserve the right to regulate issues like the approval of Advertisements and Promotions on sensualfusion.com, naturopathicsex.com and others; the manner of Advertisement and Promotional display on the websites; and the removal of Advertisements and Promotions from the Sites. Sensual Fusion, Inc. may change any of the following guidelines at any time:
o Sensual Fusion, Inc. has sole discretion for determining the types of Advertising and Promotion that will be accepted and displayed on the Sensualfusion.com Site, and under no circumstances shall Sensual Fusion, Inc. acceptance of any Advertisement be considered an endorsement of the product(s) and/or service(s) advertised or for the company that manufactures, distributes, or promotes such product(s) or service(s), unless specifically stated in the advertisement by Sensual Fusion representatives.
o Sensual Fusion, Inc. will not accept Advertising that, in Sensual Fusion, Inc.'s opinion, is not factually accurate and/or in good taste. Advertisers and sponsors are not to make unsubstantiated claims or suggest that Sensual Fusion has endorsed a product, unless a spokesperson relationship has been established and agreed upon. No implication of Sensual Fusion, Inc. endorsement of a product or advertiser can be made, except in cases where Sensual Fusion talent is/are acting as the spokesperson(s) for a particular product. Any advertising involving claims must be backed by evidence. The advertiser is required to submit supporting documents to substantiate claims.
o Sensual Fusion, Inc. will not permit at any time the placement of any Advertising for illegal or objectionable products. Advertising must not contain fraudulent, deceptive, or offensive material, including material that misrepresents, ridicules, or attacks an individual or group on the basis of age, color, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or physical or mental challenges.
o We do not accept advertising that is false, misleading, ineffective, or dangerous. Advertising that is prohibited includes: competitors, firearms, ammunition, fireworks, gambling, pornography, tobacco products, religious ads, political cause ads, gambling/lotto, sweepstakes, or the simulation of news or an emergency.
o Ads concerning social causes will be considered only if they are in alignment with company values.
o Advertisers must only offer products or services which are readily available for purchase at the advertised price (with noted tax and delivery fees). The Advertising must also clearly identify the advertiser. Any Advertising that could be misconstrued as editorial content will be clearly labeled as Advertising.
o The full rules for any market research or promotion must be displayed or linked to the advertiser's website.
o All advertising content on and of the websites owned and operated by Sensual Fusion, Inc. and/or in any of its publications is clearly and unambiguously labeled as an advertisement. Sponsored areas of the Site are labeled as such, and the sponsoring organizations are to be identified. Sensual Fusion, Inc. will not run any Advertising on the websites, which is not so identified. Ads, icons, and logos must be displayed clearly so as not mistaken for part of SFI content. Additionally, Sensual Fusion, Inc. retains the right to dictate the form and substance of all editorial content appearing on the Sensual Fusion, Inc. Sites.
o Sensual Fusion, Inc. does not accept "advertorials," articles provided by sponsors with the sole purpose of promoting a product or service. Advertisements with Sensual Fusion, Inc. may, however, link to off-site advertorials that Sensual Fusion, Inc. has no control over.
o Sensual Fusion, Inc. retains the exclusive right to determine the way in which any and all search results for specific information by keyword or topic are displayed on the Sensual Fusion, Inc. Sites. Sensual Fusion, Inc. also reserves the right to determine the appropriate placement of the Advertising on the websites and in any publications. Sensual Fusion, Inc. may display search results based on monetary incentives provided by Advertisers.
o Sensual Fusion, Inc. reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove at any time any Advertising from the Sensual Fusion, Inc. Sites for any reason and will provide prompt notice to the advertiser upon rejection, cancellation, or removal of any Advertising, together with an explanation following the rejection, cancellation, or removal.
o No Advertising shall be permitted which may injure the good name or reputation of sensualfusion.com, naturopathicsex.com, or Sensual Fusion, Inc.
o Sensual Fusion, Inc. retains final approval for all sponsor and product messaging, banners, and advertising copy, including the verification of ad content and placement before going "live."
It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to comply with all applicable domestic and foreign laws, including applicable laws and regulations of regulatory bodies. This includes pharmaceutical advertising to physicians and consumers that must be in compliance with FDA guidelines for Direct to Physician (DTP) and Direct to Consumer (DTC) advertising, as well as underwritten CME programs that must be labeled in accordance with the guidelines of the Accrediting Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and any other relevant accrediting bodies. Sensual Fusion, Inc. will not monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations. However, Sensual Fusion, Inc. reserves the right to review all Advertising for compliance with applicable laws and regulations and, if Sensual Fusion, Inc. becomes aware of any breach or potential breach of any applicable law or regulation or of these guidelines, it may remove the Advertising.

For Website Users
Sensual Fusion, Inc. clearly identifies all advertisements, sponsorships, and sponsor-related material on the sensualfusion.com Site. If a browser chooses to click on an advertisement, Sensual Fusion, Inc. is not responsible for the content on the advertiser's site.
Sensual Fusion, Inc. occasionally shares anonymous aggregate statistical information regarding site usage and traffic with advertisers and sponsors. This information cannot be linked to individual users and is entirely anonymous.
The presence of an ad on our Sites, or in any of our publications, does not imply endorsement of the advertised company or product unless specifically stated.
Advertisements are not directed to individual users but may be targeted to individual conditions and their relevant sections on the S
ite. We do not "push" advertisements to users based on stored information.
We do not allow advertisers to introduce biased content into the design of our Condition Forums and other Sensual Fusion, Inc. sections.
